Foie gras with ras el hanout donut at Arroz
Creamy and rich yet light, this long bar of foie gras parfait is made with chicken liver, eggs and butter that’s blended and chilled before receiving its sesame-honey glaze. The accents on the plate change with the seasons but currently include fresh figs, salted dates and burnt honey. The most important sidekick, however, is the wonderful ras el hanout donut, which we hope never changes.
