Partners Ryan Seelbach and Eric Lund unveiled the new beverage program of TAKODA, the 132-seat contemporary American restaurant and beer garden that opened March 11 in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Guests can anticipate an expansive list of 24-plus American draft beers including local favorites such as DC Brau and perennial favorites such as Bell’s Brewery, Inc., along with an extensive collection of 50-plus American whiskies including old favorites such as Basil Hayden Bourbon, Widow Jane Bourbon, and Jefferson’s Reserve Bourbon, and new styles including Hillrock Estate Solera-Aged Bourbon, Filibuster The Boondoggler and High West Campfire. TAKODA also features 10 handcrafted cocktails featuring house-made syrups and fresh juices and six wines, available by the glass and bottle, showcasing wines from California and Oregon.
