Unlike other locations, Hospitality Construction Services was tasked with a full renovation, rebuilding an old bank space from the ground up. Working within a minimal budget, the team strategically preserved and enhanced existing features wherever possible, balancing cost-efficiency with luxury.
Architects and engineers collaborated closely to ensure that every aesthetic decision complemented the vision of Joseph Walluck & McLean Turner. Original elements, like the bank’s gold ceiling, were carefully repurposed, sealed, and repainted, while the floor was salvaged to maintain character and authenticity. A custom tile motif was designed to enhance the entryway and serve as a distinctive design element, creating an immediate sense of style and welcome.
To add unique character and play up the bubbles of champagne and for showcasing product, a clawfoot tub was installed, providing a memorable, whimsical touch that sets the space apart.
Over the course of eight weeks, mid-century modern lighting was thoughtfully installed, providing a sophisticated ambiance that elevates the overall space. The project demonstrates how careful design, ingenuity, and craftsmanship can deliver a luxurious result—even on a tight budget.
