The senior project superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of onsite construction including but not limited to:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Direct all field personnel and subcontractors to achieve completion of projects on schedule, within budget and with the quality of workmanship that conforms to all plans and specifications
- Maintain construction schedule while identifying and solving potential problems
- Schedule all inspections as required and ensure proper results
- Maintain positive relationship with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and other employees
- Compile and ensure completion of ongoing punch-list during construction
- Promote job site safety by ensuring site is clean and presentable at all times
Successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Minimum of 10yrs experience as a superintendent in restaurant construction
- Strict attention to detail
- Must be organized and systematic with approach to running projects
- Able to effectively communicate to both customers and field personnel
- Computer knowledge as required to email, create RFIs, complete daily reports, ability to use Microsoft Project a plus
